How it works

1. Purchase this consultation on the website.
2. Send 3–5 photos (and a short video if possible) of the issue from different angles.
3. Tell us what you want (restore color, remove stains, fix cracks, etc.) and where it’s located (furniture / car / commercial).
4. We reply with a detailed plan and recommendations.

What to send (for best accuracy)

• 1 full view of the item (so we understand the context).
• 2–3 close-ups of the damage (sharp focus).
• 1 angle with lighting showing true color (near a window is best).
• Short video (10–20 sec) if it’s a seat, cushion, or surface with texture/shine.
• Optional: approximate size of the damaged area (in inches).
