Online Expert Consultation (Photo/Video) — a paid 1:1 review of your leather damage with clear, actionable next steps. Perfect if you want an honest “can it be fixed?” answer before booking an on-site visit.
What you get
- Repairability check: whether it can be repaired and what results to expect.
- Recommended solution: repair vs patch vs re-dye vs replacement (best option for your case).
- Step-by-step plan: what we would do (materials, process, and key precautions).
- Realistic guidance: what can’t be made “like new” and why (no false promises).
- Next steps: what photos/measurements we need if you want an exact quote afterward.
How it works
- Purchase this consultation on the website.
- Send 3–5 photos (and a short video if possible) of the issue from different angles.
- Tell us what you want (restore color, remove stains, fix cracks, etc.) and where it’s located (furniture / car / commercial).
- We reply with a detailed plan and recommendations.
What to send (for best accuracy)
- 1 full view of the item (so we understand the context).
- 2–3 close-ups of the damage (sharp focus).
- 1 angle with lighting showing true color (near a window is best).
- Short video (10–20 sec) if it’s a seat, cushion, or surface with texture/shine.
- Optional: approximate size of the damaged area (in inches).
Response time
We usually respond same day during business hours. If we need one more photo to confirm the scope, we’ll ask right away.
Important notes
- This is an online assessment based on the photos/video you provide.
- For complex cases, an on-site inspection may still be recommended for final confirmation.
- No DIY-risk advice: if a home fix is likely to worsen the leather, we’ll tell you directly.
Tip: Want an exact price and fastest booking? After the consult, we can help you choose the right service package or schedule an on-site visit in Los Angeles.
