Shipping policy

The Leather Lab provides services primarily on-site at the customer’s location. In some cases, an item may need to be transported to our workshop for proper restoration.

1) ON-SITE SERVICE
We schedule a date/time window and perform work at your location where feasible.

2) WORKSHOP TRANSPORT (WHEN NEEDED)
If an on-site fix isn’t possible, we may recommend transporting the item to our workshop. We will confirm:
- the scope of work,
- the estimated timeline, and
- any deposit or pricing changes
before proceeding.

3) RETURN OF ITEMS
When workshop restoration is completed, we will coordinate return delivery/pickup with you. Timing may vary based on workload and the complexity of the restoration.

4) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Please remove personal items from bags/furniture before workshop transport and disclose any known prior treatments when possible.
