Refund policy

Because we provide scheduled on-site services and custom workshop restoration work, refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:
1) ON-SITE APPOINTMENTS (MOBILE SERVICE)
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service call fee to cover reserved time and travel.
2) WORKSHOP RESTORATION (CUSTOM WORK)
- Some workshop jobs may require a deposit for reserved labor time and/or specialty materials.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started or materials have been purchased.
- If you cancel before work begins and before materials are purchased, we may refund the deposit minus any non-recoverable costs (if any).
3) SERVICE QUALITY CONCERNS
If you believe there is a workmanship issue, contact us within 7 days of completion. We will review and, if appropriate, offer:
- a correction/rework of the affected area, or
- a partial adjustment, depending on the circumstances.
This policy does not cover:
- normal wear and tear after service,
- damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, harsh cleaners, or third-party repairs,
- limitations inherent to material condition and pre-existing damage.
