Privacy Choices

You can request:
- Access to the personal information we have about you
- Deletion of personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- A copy of your personal information (portability)
- Opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for targeted advertising (where applicable)

How to submit a request:
Email us at denis_misha@theleatherlab.la with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include:
1) Your full name
2) The email and/or phone number you used to contact us
3) The type of request (Access / Delete / Correct / Portability / Opt-Out)
4) Any relevant details (approximate dates, service address if needed to locate your record)

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California “Do Not Sell or Share”:
If you are a California resident, you may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising by submitting an Opt-Out request using the instructions above. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that browser/device where applicable.
